Equipped with Multi-Vector Assault Mode. Hijacked by Romulan Tal Shiar agents in 2374, but recaptured by Voyager's Emergency Medical Hologram working in tandem with the prototype Mark II hologram. Delivered Voyager's first two-way message back to Starfleet Command.
